We're recruiting again...

You may remember, before lockdown was ever a thing, that we were recruiting for a Social Prescribing Link Worker. Due to the current crisis and the increased demand on services for both NCYC and Primary Care, we put the role on hold.

However, the current crisis has only proved how important this role will be to our community and we have decided to restart the process.

Candidates have until Monday 25th May to complete applications for the post. We will then invite shortlisted candidates to interview via video conferencing w/c 1st June.

This is an extremely exciting post, supporting local people to improve their health and wellbeing and working with both NCYC and local GP practices. Primary Care is changing and we will be leading the development of Community Interventions whilst working closely with GP Surgeries.

If you believe you have the skills and energy to take on this role, take a look at the information, and we look forward to receiving your completed application form. If you've already applied you are welcome to review your application and resubmit before the deadline if you wish, otherwise we will shortlist based on the application you previously submitted.
