Kickstart for local Young People

This month, the Government announced a new scheme designed to help young people back into work.

The Kickstart scheme will fully fund employers to create new (25 hours per week) jobs for 16 to 24 year olds. The only drawback for many small businesses is the fact that you have to employ a minimum of 30 people. However, Neston Community Youth Centre could apply to be a broker.

We are now asking any local business to complete a short survey (about 3 minutes long) in order to establish whether it is needed.

If you are in business locally, no matter how small, and might be interested in creating a new job for someone - maybe getting some work done that you've never been able to do before, please complete the survey before Friday 2nd October.
