Some of our users will have received a text from us this week asking for you to answer 2 questions. This is part of a Net Promoter Score which is an international standard measure of customer experience.
We are asking anyone who is willing to reply to the messages with your honest answers.

In the future we will post an update with our score and we will update our users with how we have used your ideas.
Please note, you will not be charged for texts you receive and any texts you send will be charged at your normal rates meaning that if you have bundled messages it wont cost you anything.
