We deliver the aims and principles of Citizens Advice nationally by offering a comprehensive service of information, advice, advocacy and representation, and by working actively for change in the policies and practices of organisations that impact on the lives of our clients.

Linda offers the Universal Credit Help to Apply service. This is a government funded programme to support new claims.

Volunteer & Make a Difference
Working together, Citizens Advice West Cheshire and Neston Community Youth Centre are looking for volunteers who would like to train to offer these services more often.
In addition to the basic training programme, there will be opportunities to specialise in areas such as claims, debt and more supporting people who need help locally.
