Latest Information regarding Coronavirus Response
Citizens Advice Cheshire West have taken the decision to suspend all face-to-face service delivery, effective from Tuesday, 17 March 2020. This decision has been taken to protect staff and clients, many of whom have disabilities or serious health problems.
We shall be focusing all our resources on increasing our telephone service, reassigning paid staff to handle calls along with as many of our volunteers as can continue to come in.
